Orders & payments

What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, all major wallets, and Cash on Delivery on eligible pincodes. All online payments are processed through Razorpay over a secure HTTPS connection. We do not store your card or UPI credentials on our servers.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Every order ships with a GST invoice in the parcel and is also emailed to the address on file. If you need a business GSTIN on the invoice, add it in the “Business GSTIN” field at checkout, or email support@gardengro.in within 24 hours of placing the order.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel free of charge within 4 hours of placement or before the order is packed — whichever is earlier. After that, the order is on its way to you and cannot be modified. Details on our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Shipping & delivery

How long will delivery take?
Most metros receive orders within 2 to 4 business days from dispatch; the rest of India within 4 to 8 business days. Full breakdown on the Shipping Policy page.
Do you ship to my city?
We ship to most serviceable pincodes across India. Enter your pincode on any product page to confirm before ordering. We do not currently ship outside India.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email, SMS and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can also use our order tracker with your order number and email.

Plants & replacements

What if my plant arrives damaged?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it free of cost. We back every plant with a 14-day guarantee. Full details on the Damage Replacement page.
My plant is yellowing. Is it dying?
Most likely not. Some yellowing and leaf drop is normal as plants adjust to a new home — usually within 7 to 14 days. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 99999 99999 with a photo and we will tell you what is going on.
Are your plants pet safe?
Plants marked with the “Pet Safe” badge are non-toxic to common house pets. Filter by “Pet Safe” on the shop page to see only those.

Returns & refunds

Can I return a pot or accessory?
Yes — unused pots, tools and care kits can be returned within 7 days of delivery. See the Return Policy for the process and reverse pickup charges.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are initiated within 1 to 2 business days of approval and reach your account within 3 to 7 business days depending on the payment method. Full timelines on the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
