Shipping Policy
Last updated 18 May 2026. This policy explains how Gardengro (“we”, “us”) processes, packs and ships orders placed on https://www.gardengro.in.
1. Order processing
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays. Plants are hand-picked, watered, root-checked and packed on the day they ship. Standard processing time is 1 to 2 business days from the time the order is paid for and confirmed. Bulk orders, gifting orders or orders with custom planters may take up to 4 business days.
2. Delivery timelines
Once dispatched, expected delivery times by zone are as follows. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are best-case windows. Actual delivery may vary slightly due to weather, courier load, or unforeseen logistics issues outside our control.
3. Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders of ₹499 or more.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies to prepaid orders below ₹499.
- Cash on Delivery (where available) carries an additional handling fee of ₹49 per order.
- Oversized items (large planters, bundles above 8 kg) may attract an additional surcharge, shown clearly before payment.
4. Serviceability
We currently ship to most pincodes across India through our logistics partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, India Post). You can check serviceability for your pincode on any product page before placing an order. We do not currently ship internationally.
5. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link by email, SMS and WhatsApp, along with the courier name and AWB number. You can also track any order from our track order page using your order number and registered email.
6. Failed delivery and re-attempts
Couriers typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail or the parcel is refused at the door, it is returned to our nursery. In that case we reach out on your registered phone and email to re-ship (re-ship charges may apply) or to issue a refund minus the actual logistics cost incurred.
7. Damaged or delayed shipments
Live plants are fragile. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our damage replacement policy for the resolution process. For lost or significantly delayed shipments (more than 10 business days past the committed window), we will either re-ship the order or issue a full refund.
