Terms & Conditions

Last updated 18 May 2026. These terms and conditions govern your use of https://www.gardengro.in and any purchase of products from Gardengro(“we”, “us”).

1. Acceptance

By accessing, browsing or placing an order on the website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order. By placing an order you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Products and pricing

  • All product descriptions, photographs and care information are provided in good faith. Plants are living organisms — exact leaf count, height and form will vary from the image shown.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping is charged separately and is shown at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products and correct pricing or inventory errors at any time without prior notice.

4. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we send you a confirmation email after successful payment. We may refuse or cancel any order — including after acceptance — in the event of pricing error, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or non-serviceable delivery address. Any amount already charged will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

Online payments are processed through Razorpay, our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner. By submitting payment information you authorise Razorpay to charge the applicable amount. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Cash on Delivery, where offered, is subject to a flat handling fee shown at checkout.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping timelines and charges are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns are governed by the Return Policy. Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Live plants are additionally covered under our Damage Replacement Policy. These policies form part of these terms.

7. User account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are used for abuse, fraud or any activity that violates these terms.

8. User conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any other person.
  • Upload viruses, malware, scrapers, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
  • Resell products purchased from us at a markup without prior written consent, or use them for any commercial purpose other than personal use.

All content on this website — including text, images, photography, illustrations, logos, product descriptions, care guides and the underlying code — is the property of Gardengro or its licensors, and is protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. By submitting a review, photo or other content to the website, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the website. You confirm that you own the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

11. Plant care disclaimer

Care guidance shared on this website and by our team is general in nature. Indoor plant outcomes depend on light, humidity, temperature, watering and other factors specific to your home. We are not liable for any plant decline that occurs due to environmental factors outside our control.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, loss of profit, or loss of data.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gardengro, its directors, employees and affiliates from any claim, damage, loss or expense arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, courier strikes, government restrictions, riots, or internet outages.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
