Account information — name, email, phone number and password (stored as a salted hash).
Order information — shipping and billing addresses, items ordered, order history, gift notes and any care preferences you share with us.
Payment information — handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers, CVV or net-banking credentials on our servers.
Communication — messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or chat, and our responses.
Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and referring URL, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

2. How we use your information

To process orders, accept payments, ship goods and provide customer support.
To send transactional emails, SMS and WhatsApp messages about your orders.
To send marketing communication (only if you have opted in) — you can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in its footer.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests by public authorities.
To improve our website, product range and care guides through aggregate analytics.

3. Sharing of information

We share information only with the third parties strictly required to fulfil your order:

Payment processors — Razorpay, for processing payments and refunds.
Logistics partners — Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, India Post and similar couriers, who receive your name, address and phone for delivery.
Communication providers — Resend (email) and WhatsApp Business / SMS gateways, used for transactional and opt-in marketing messages.
Analytics and infrastructure — providers such as Vercel and Supabase that host the site and store data on our behalf.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and understand how the site is used. You can clear or block cookies from your browser settings at any time; some features (cart, checkout) may not work correctly without them.

5. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active, as required to provide our services, and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with tax, accounting and legal obligations. Order records are typically retained for 8 years as required under Indian tax laws.

We use industry-standard safeguards — HTTPS across the site, encrypted storage, salted password hashing, and access controls — to protect your information. No internet system is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the site.
